
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ADVISOR (BROKER)
DUTIES
- Active search for prospective tenants/purchasers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with property owners
- Searching for, selecting and demonstrating office properties to prospective tenants/purchasers
- Negotiating lease & sale/purchase contract terms
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree
- Successful experience in sales (brokerage experience in lease or sale will be a significant advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced English (good writing, speaking and comprehension)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Contract negotiations experience is a big plus
- Result oriented
- Self motivated
