Kyiv, December 20, 2016 – CBRE Ukraine has been appointed by Philip Morris Ukraine (PMU), the world’s leading international tobacco company, to provide integrated facility management services (IFMS) for its manufacturing facility in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
PMU’s facility in Kharkiv is the 1st manufacturing property under CBRE’s management in Ukraine and represents company’s 8th overall property over 6 permanent geographic location in the country. The company has extensive 9-year experience in property and facility management of office, retail and industrial properties, with the current portfolio reaching ca. 550,000 sqm of shopping centers and industrial space.

The Ukrainian affiliate of Philip Morris International is a leader in the Ukrainian tobacco market and one of the largest taxpayers into the state and local budgets. The total amount of taxes paid in 2015 was UAH 8.9 billion.
