CBRE Ukraine, the leading commercial real estate firm in Ukraine, has been appointed to provide integrated facility management services for the new RichPort Business Center in Podil. The appointment will involve CBRE Ukraine delivering a full-service offering of integrated facility management and technical maintenance services to the A-grade building.
RichPort Business Center, with an area of about 12,000 sqm, is the 8th commercial property and the 4th office property under CBRE’s integrated facility management in Ukraine. The company has extensive 12-year experience in integrated facility management of office, retail and industrial properties. Today, CBRE Ukraine manages seven retail and industrial properties in 8 regional centers of Ukraine, with a total area of over 800,000 sqm. The company previously managed such Kyiv business centers as Prime BC, Rialto BC, and Eurasia BC.
