Negotiations for Spaces opening in LvivTech.City started long before COVID-19. Although the commercial real estate market is going through a challenging time, we have seen an increased interest in the flex Spaces offices, featuring its pleasant democratic Scandinavian design and a friendly community of like-minded entrepreneurs. New location’s atmosphere inspires creativity and new ideas, so that is an important factor for Lviv citizens who have always been distinguished by their entrepreneurial spirit and individuality. We will create a spacious business club in Spaces with around 350 sqm, including game rooms and a variety of formats for work and meetings, as well as 4 meeting rooms and a large business lounge with access to the terrace. Along with private offices with furniture for 2 to 20 or more people, we are also planning to create a spacious coworking space for 25-30 people, that could be a convenient solution for starting a company and further moving to a private office space.
