Kyiv – December 23, 2021 – CBRE Ukraine, the leading commercial real estate firm in Ukraine, is pleased to announce the completion of  leasing transaction of office space for a flexible office provider Spaces in the innovation park LvivTech.City in Lviv.

CBRE Ukraine has successfully represented the the interests of the IWG company, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions. IWG network includes more than 3,300 business locations, spanning over 1000 towns and cities across 110 countries.  The new Spaces workplace become the second location in IWG flexible offices portfolio in Lviv and the fifteenth location throughout Ukraine: 12th in Kyiv, 1st in Dnipro, and 2nd in Lviv.

The lease agreement for new Spaces 2,700 sqm location in LvivTech.City was accompanied by Anastasiia Kachan, Senior Office Property Advisor at CBRE Ukraine. Spaces, the unique place created for entrepreneurs and innovators in the field, will be an accurate extension of the LvivTech.City tenant pool.

The location chosen by Spaces company is one of the most innovative, modern and competitive projects in Lviv. The excellent location of LvivTech.City near the town center will be a new center, as well as the successful concept of Spaces coworking will attract more leading companies to become residents of the workplace. For resident companies, it would be an opportunity to get high-quality services and, at the same time, optimize their rental costs. We are grateful for the trust placed in us by the IWG, and for the pleasant and professional process of cooperation with the Ukrainian team! – Anastasiia Kachan, Senior Office Property Advisor at CBRE Ukraine

Negotiations for Spaces opening in LvivTech.City started long before COVID-19. Although the commercial real estate market is going through a challenging time, we have seen an increased interest in the flex Spaces offices, featuring its pleasant democratic Scandinavian design and a friendly community of like-minded entrepreneurs. New location’s atmosphere inspires creativity and new ideas, so that is an important factor for Lviv citizens who have always been distinguished by their entrepreneurial spirit and individuality. We will create a spacious business club in Spaces with around 350 sqm, including game rooms and a variety of formats for work and meetings, as well as 4 meeting rooms and a large business lounge with access to the terrace. Along with private offices with furniture for 2 to 20 or more people, we are also planning to create a spacious coworking space for 25-30 people, that could be a convenient solution for starting a company and further moving to a private office space. – Yulia Lytvynenko, Director of IWG in Ukraine
