CBRE Operations in Ukraine
CBRE’s Ukrainian office was opened in January 2008 and is part of the company’s affiliate network.
CBRE Ukraine has about 400 employees, including real estate staff transferred to the company for management and operation. The company provides a full range of services in the field of commercial real estate, including: agency services, capital markets, integrated management and operation of commercial real estate, appraisal and consulting, project management and technical consulting, infrastructure management of corporate facilities.
CBRE entered the Ukrainian market in partnership with two experienced professionals – Serhiy Sergienko and Radomir Tsurkan. Both partners have unique expertise in the field of consulting, development and investment in Ukraine: 22 years of general experience in Radomir and 23 years in Serhiy, who started his career in 1998. The partners managed to form a professional team and present a full range of services in the field of commercial, office, warehouse and hotel real estate in Ukraine.
