Commercial Property Advisor (Broker)

DUTIES:

  • Active search for prospective tenants/purchasers
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with property owners
  • Searching for, selecting and demonstrating office properties to prospective tenants/purchasers
  • Negotiating lease & sale/purchase contract terms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • Successful experience in sales (brokerage experience in lease or sale will be a significant advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English (good writing, speaking and comprehension)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Contract negotiations experience is a big plus
  • Result oriented
  • Self motivated
